All orders are subject to acceptance by Afkar Medical Trading Company. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation (email or formal quotation approval) from Afkar Medical Trading Company. Verbal agreements do not constitute a binding order.
All prices are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT at the applicable rate (currently 15%) will be added to all invoices in accordance with the regulations of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA).
Afkar Medical Trading Company aims to deliver within the timeframe agreed at the time of order. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, logistics disruptions, or force majeure events.
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery subject to the following conditions:
If a product is found to be defective or does not match the agreed specification, Afkar Medical Trading Company will arrange a replacement or full refund at no charge.
While we endeavour to ensure all product descriptions and specifications are accurate, minor variations may occur between products and their descriptions. Images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Technical specifications, sizes, packaging, and compliance details are provided by manufacturers and may vary within industry-standard tolerances.
